What to Expect
When you arrive at Christian Chapel on a Sunday morning you can expect a casual, friendly atmosphere. You will see people from a variety of backgrounds and ages. If you have any questions while you’re here, just ask one of our Guest Services Teams Members. They will be near the entrances. Just look for people wearing orange lanyards.
What should I wear? Feel free to wear whatever you want – from shorts & a t-shirt to a suit & tie, you’ll find someone dressed like you.
How long will I be there? Our worship services last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Sunday services start at 9:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.
What about my kids? Nursery & Classes are provided for infants-Kindergarten for the entirety of the the service. Your 1st-6th grade children will join you for the first 10-15 minutes of the worship service. We will take a break during the service to dismiss the elementary age kids to Kids Blast, where they will learn about Jesus in an age appropriate setting. What is the music like? We don’t have a pipe organ – or fog machines. Our worship music is modern, with the occasional hymn. Our goals with music are to worship God with songs that glorify Him through their lyrics, and that we can sing together.
What about the sermon? Each week you can expect a message rooted in the teaching of Scripture & applicable to your daily life. The goal of our teaching and preaching is to help everyone understand how the ancient truths of Scripture change our lives today.
